Description
Ando Jubei (Japanese, 1876-1953). Japanese Meiji period cloisonne vase decorated with ripe leafy melons and their viny tendrils set against a turquoise ground. Marked along the underside with the mark of Ando Jubei. Displayed on a carved wooden stand.
Vase; height: 9 1/2 in x diameter: 2 1/4 in x depth: 4 in. Stand; height: 3/4 in x diameter: 3 3/8 in.
