Condition consistent with age and use. Heavy signs of wear and tear. Gouges to countertop. Would benefit from cleaning. Small chips, scratches, nicks and other signs of normal wear and tear present throughout. Some scratches on front of countertop and front of upper shelves. New upper shelves have unfinished wood and visible wood fill covering nail heads. Would benefit from cleaning.
