English. 1930s. Celluloid over tin, backed with cardboard. 14 1/2 x 19". Minor celluloid loss in all 4 corners, as well as an area 1/2 x 1/4" in the womans hand above the biscuit tin. Three minor slits in the celluloid (two in the lower corner, and one at the woman's right shoulder). A couple of crescent shaped splits evident in the teacup to the left of the biscuit tin on the table. A small dent exists in the lower left edge, and a hole has been punched thorough the centre top of the sign. Some very fine, barely noticeable, surface scratching is evident throughout.
