English stoneware mouse group spill vase, "Waits," attributed to Doulton Lambeth (unmarked), initialed to side GT (George Tinworth, 1843-1913), incised assistant's monograms AW for Ada L. Worthy (active 1880-1890), titled in fold of base, polychrome glazed house-form vessel, reading J. Mouse, Candle, Consumer, over three mice musicians, fourth mouse peeking from window, rising on oval base, blacklight examination revealing small chip and glue repair to ear of central figure, end figure intact with glue repair at base, chip underfoot, approx 5.5"h, 5"w, 2.75"d, 1.75lbs **Provenance: a prominent Houston, Texas estate** Start Price: $150.00
