Dutch Burl Walnut Child-Size Drop Front Desk, burl veneered surface with string inlay, original brass escutcheons (no key) and drop bail pulls, shaped molded edge lid with pull out supports opens to fitted interior with central door flanked by two secret drawers and two shaped front drawers, two cockbeaded edge dovetailed drawers below, oak secondary wood, set on a bracket base with carved floral and shaped edge skirt, and front ball and claw form feet, 15 1/4" high, 19 3/4" x 10 1/4". Veneer cracks and repairs, old cracks below door and between drawers, minor worm damage to interior drawers.
