Extra wide low slung chair. Chrome legs, chrome frame, and teal wood inserts. Leather straps on seat and back. Piece has metal frame and black toned leather supports. Chair has low seat height approx 12 inches high. Piece measures approx 31 inches tall 29 inches wide 32 inches deep. Some info on chair design: ‘ Mies van der Rohe designed this chair for his German Pavilion at the Barcelona Exposition of 1929. The Pavilion was the site of the inaugural ceremony for the German exhibits at the exposition, and the Spanish king was to preside.
