A story about the oil fields of Oklahoma reprising the duo of Lawrence Criner and Katherine Boyd who had been a success in FLYING ACE, 1926. 22"x14". Norman Studios was one of the most prolific producers ofall-black cast films for a number of years. Also included is THE CRIMSON SKULL, 1922. 18.5"X14". "Norman Studios was an American silent film studio in Jacksonville, FLA. Founded by Richard EdwardNorman, the studio produced films featuring African-American casts from 1919 to 1928. The only surviving studio from the period of early filmmaking in Jacksonville, its facilities are now the Norman Studios Silent Film Museum."-Wikipedia. Condition report available upon request.
