Pair of antique Chinese Huanghuali Double Door Cabinets. Rectangular with pair panel doors. The door is mounted with ruyi-shaped fittings, lock plate and the upper surface open-works carved with ruyi and scrolling dragon. The whole supported on four legs joined by scalloped apron. The Huanghuali wood displays a dense hardwood, with deep-brown strikes over golden-black shades tone and translucent shimmering surface with abstractly figured patterns and sweet fragrance of huali distinguishes it from the similar appearing but pungent-adored hongmu. It is intact, with exquisite mortise-tenon technique.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition. Some stress of wear. Natural wood imperfection, wood joint mark, minor scratches and dents. Normal consider ages and wears.
