They are made of solid wood which was hand carved with exquisite craftsmanship. Each table top tells an entire story, detailed relief traditional scenes. Each table is situated on top of 4 tall and elegant legs which are joined by side stretchers / panels for extra strength and support. The bottom of the legs have a lovely tapered shaping. And even the sides of the tables are carved with great detail! The figural carved elements show Qing Dynasty style scenes (ultra rare) with figures telling a story throughout.
