Ukrainskaya Krasnaya Armiya osvobozhdayet svoi narod [The Red Army of the Ukraine Is Liberating Its People], a VTsIK Publishing poster by an anonymous artist, [1919]. 70.5 x 53 cm.

Through 1919-1920, the Red Army of Ukraine had to "liberate" much of the Ukrainian territory several times, which makes it difficult to date the poster precisely. It most likely refers to the Red Army offensive in Ukraine in the late 1919. Note the figure of the fleeing Russian Liberation Army officer. Also note that the poster depicts a winter-like scene; this makes the alternative 1920 dating unlikely - the conflict with Poland (and the Nationalists led by Petlyura) took place in late spring and summer
