One partially-printed page, 14.5" x 12.5", Austin, December 11, 1841, granting Duncan St.Clair One Labour of Land in Milam County. The document is countersigned by General Land Office Commissioner Thomas William "Peg Leg" Ward, who lost his leg to a cannonball at the Siege of Bexar in December 1835. Docketed on the verso. Folds.
