A CONTINENTAL WAXED AND PAINTED PINE SCULPTURE OF A MEDIEVAL KNIGHT
Europe, Early 20th Century
The carved pine standing figure depicting a Knight of Malta in full crusader armor with his right hand on his shield and his left one holding a spear with an attached Maltese flag.
Condition: Three holes on the back along center line where once attached. Cracks in figure: on back along center line and on left and right sides. 33 ½ x 11 ½ x 6 ½ inches (85.1 x 29.2 x 16.5 cm)
