4 vol., first collected edition, presentation copy signed by the author's younger brother Christopher, engraved frontispiece (one folding) to each vol., offsetting, half-title to vol.2 and 3 only, errata leaf at end of vol.4, some foxing, modern calf-backed marbled boards, 8vo, 1820.

***Inscription reads: "Mrs Hoare from Chr. Wordsworth. Sept.7.1820". Also tipped-in to vol.1 is a 12-line manuscript verse (in an unidentified hand, opening "Gae book! an' tell the new made paire.") with "Mr. and Mrs Samuel Hoare" on verso.
