Majestic oil painting of palace with grand staircase, gardens, and lake set in an elegant Landscape. The oil on canvas displays the aristocracy at leisure.

Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. The painting is relined with some touch up painting mostly in the clouds in the upper right. There is a crease or line in the canvas that runs left to right across the painting about five inches from the top. On the back were the crease is the canvas used to reline the panting is in two pieces along the line. There are also small holes in the relined canvas that cannot be seen from the front. The painting has crackling and was cleaned at sometime. The colors are vibrant and the painting looks beautiful hanging. The painting has a later craved wood gilt frame.
