Condition: Very Good to Good, catalog signed to inside cover by the previous owner, architect Paul Arthur, Jr.; 1966 and 1968 price lists and fold-out sheet each also signed and inscribed by Mr. Arthur; toning overall; fading to cover of catalog; chipping to edges; separation of rice paper cover at spine of catalog; stains to 1958 price list; tears to edges of same; creases to corners of carbon copies; overall light wear consistent with normal use
