Diameter: 1.10". Metal: Sterling Silver Frame. The follis was the coin used in everyday transaction during the times of the Byzantine Empire. This follis has been mounted in a custom sterling pendant to display the image of Christ on one size with his head surrounded by a halo and the Byzantine cross on the other size. This coin can be worn with either side showing. The coin Measures 1 inch in diameter. Includes Certificate of Authenticity and descriptive brochure about this Byzantine Era coin.
