Collection of original combat photos mostly from Tarawa and Saipan, all taken by a career Marine 1st Sgt. Eugene Mcmanus of the Second Division Fleet Marine force. Over 100 photos of all types including native girls, trophy hunting, kill shots and much more, in addition some poster size press style photos of landing aircraft on Ebye island. Lot includes additional ephemera such as a biography on McManus, Marine bulletin and a few other items.
