Here we have a Full Round Bronze and Steel Sculpture with Black Oxide patina by Ernest Trova, titled “Falling Man Gox”. This sculpture's impressive craftsmanship and size is second to none, making it truly one of his most stunning and desirable bronze sculptures ever. The entire sculpture, featuring Trova's iconic Falling Man is designed with his fascinating genius, decorated with intricate detail and finished with an alluring patina. Also it has remained in excellent condition since it was completed in 1976, was published by Pace Editions Inc., New York, is hand signed on the base, also marked with Trova's monogram and foundry mark on the bottom, numbered 28 of 128, and, comes with a Gallery COA. Finally, this piece measures approximately 11" x 8" and looks absolutely spectacular in person, where this amazing work comes to life in a grand display of modern art.

Ernest Trova (1927- 2009): An American artist best known for his contributions to pop art during the 1960s and 70s. Eventually, Ernest Trova would move into abstract expressionism, although he would never reach the same level of critical acclaim or commercial success as he did as a pop artist. At 20 years old, he submitted a painting to the Missouri Exhibition at the City Art Museum and won first place. His winning painting was titled Roman Boy, and due to its proactive and graphic nature it soon gained exposure outside of St. Louis. The piece would go on to spark heated debates among art critics and appear in Life magazine. That exposure granted him a solid footing for Ernest Trova's art career. He would go on to show his work at the Pace Gallery, the Guggenheim Museum, Tate in London, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Starting in 1964, Ernest Trova began work on his most famous series of works titled The Falling Man. Created to show the human form at its most vulnerable. Today, his work remains in many notable museums around the world as well as many significant private collections. Although he will always be remembered for his pop art, Ernest Trova should really go down in history as a true artistic innovator; Someone who never settled for the status quo.
