Rare Chinese 18th Century Blue & White slightly crackled, possibly soft-paste Porcelain Vase with scrolling lotus flowers, small Qilong Dragons and seven brocade borders, all painted in a "heaped & piled" style in imitation of Ming work; with an old carved lotus petal stand in black wood. Height of porcelain 12 inches (30.5 cm.). PROVENANCE: Purchased circa 2009 from Steve Yu of Yu Tong Asian Art in New York City
Condition
Age related wear, the mouth slightly reduced with possibly 2 tiny flakes and now polished, the foot ring with 6 hairlines across unglazed foot ring blending into the slight crackle to base and outside.
