William Thomson, born March 16, 1931 painted landscapes, cityscapes, interior and figurative works most often with use of warm, rich, earth tones, creating a haunting and intriguing atmosphere, regardless of the subject matter. He worked in acrylic, encaustic, egg tempera, as well as oil to watercolor.
