Description
Han Dynasty hollow formed horse body with removable rider, 206 BCE-220 CE, and likely of the period. Remnants of slip and pigment, with holes drilled to affix tail and what would likely have been wooden legs. The one rider is of simple form of similar gray clay body and pigment remnants. Holes in wrists would have likely accepted hands/reins. 9" X 15" X 4"; with rider height is 10"
