Circa 1820, likely Kentucky. The piece having a very nicely carved and molded crown above paneled and relief carved doors with relief carved escutcheon each side of the case having been nicely reeded all the way to the bottom of the case which also has paneled doors and all is resting atop a moulded foot. Secondary wood is poplar and cherry wood. H 85" W 46" D 23" The piece is sold from the collection of a Kentucky/Camden, South Carolina gentleman whose family has owned the piece for at least a century and likely longer.
