A grouping of mostly leather bound books circa 1830's including: "The Ancient History of the Egyptians Carthaginians Assyrians Babylonians Medes Persians Macedonians and Grecians" by Charles Rollin published in Philadelphia in 1829 - 8 volumes - one with loose covers, several with stains on covers, most with interior foxing, and overall fair condition; "Roscoe's Novelists's Library", 6 volumes, with illustrations by Geroge Cruikshank and published in London 1831-1833 - one with loose binding, others in good condition; "The History Of The Decline And Fall Of The Roman Empire" by Edward Gibbon Esq. - "A New Edition With Maps and Portrait" - published in London 1821 - one of the eight volumes is missing (all maps present), one with loose cover, else all in fair to good condition; T. Latour's instructional book for Piano Forte's - many original engraved plates - published in Boston 1830's - good condition; "Life In Paris" with hand colored illustrations by George Cruikshank published in 1829 - all illustrations present; several other early 1800's single leather bound books that were part of sets.
