(Continental, 1968) An original British quad poster for the initial UK release of George Romero's Night of the Living Dead. With its stark and iconic decomposing skull imagery, this quad remains the most sought-after poster from the film's first run. Folded as issued, the piece measures 30"x40" and is in fine condition. There is some adhesive residue to the upper right corner of the reverse and in "O'Dea" on the front, corner creasing, three spots of surface loss in the top right quarter and one in the lower portion of the skull that have been filled in with black ink, adhesive residue and unobtrusive surface loss in the "X" rating where a paste-up was removed, and minor fold and edge wear.
