A CHINESE EXPORT SILVER PRESENTATION BOWL, STAMPED, RETAILED BY SING FAT, CANTON, 20TH CENTURY, the double-walled tapering circular body and sides of engraved and chased repoussé as well as applied decoration, enclosed by rectangular fan-shaped reserves and central reserve centering a blank shield, beneath the branches of an ancient pine and distant pavilions in a mountainous landscape, above a bearded sage elder with attendants on horseback riding behind hatchet armed youths striding towards an oncoming youth clutching a long stick, reversing to a reserve depicting the same attendants with bearded elder seated before an open book ledger on table and conversing with opposite seated visitors, set in a grand pavilion with large tiled terrace continuing down to a short wall and pike armed soldier standing at ease next to short entrance steps, flanked by paired panels of auspicious birds foraging amidst blossoming prunus foliage followed by one of birds amongst tall bamboo stalks, raised on a short ring foot enclosing an underside stamped with rectangular "SINGFAT," over vertical rectangular two-character mark stamp and "90,"  height: 5 1/2", diameter: 10 1/4", total approximate weight: 43.335 troy oz.

Tarnished throughout, some scattered specks of polish residue in crevices, bent areas, some dings, and some small light surface scratches.
