A CHINESE MOTHER OF PEARL INLAID AND MARBLE INSET HARDWOOD CENTER TABLE, LATE QING DYNASTY/EARLY REPUBLIC PERIOD, 1900-1930, with a rectangular top enclosing a large rectangular white marble panel flanked by two smaller conforming panels and set within m.o.p. inlaid borders of undulating leafy and blossoming vines, above matching sides and a reticulated frieze of floral vines centering an elongated oval reserve of stylized foliage within a scalloped border, flanked by square form corners with serpentine foliate stems inlay and raised on conforming legs ending in curled feet.
