Late 19th-early 20th century. European redware figure of the Lion of Lucerne, reputedly found in Pennsylvania. Black and brown glaze. Edge flakes. 5"h. 6.5"w. 2"d. And a white clay reclining lion, probably Ohio. Similar to forms from Mogadore. Dark brown glaze. Penciled notation underneath "Carl Martig, Seymour D_ftman __ Made it by himself Rusty (Kristy?) town, ___". 4"h. 6.75"l.
