Victorian Rhinestone Locket Necklace, Crescent Moon & North Star, Initials NSR, 128". 14kt gold filled. The locket with the moon and stars was a symbolic piece bac in Victorian days to remember loved ones. This has three initials on the back which is an N and in the middle it is either P or S and ends in R. There is a website that handles these gold filled lockets called luna and stella where youc an see they are 295 and higher - this particular one was 475. These lockets were also used as watch fobs. This has the original chain that is marked 1-10 for 1/10 14kt gold filled. The chain is an anternating oval link and is original to the period. Spring clasp. Age is late 1800's. (INV.
