(1796-1875 French), "Souvenir de Ville D'Avray", framed watercolor & gouache painting on paper, circa 1870, signed lower left, has a wax seal stamp verso, reading Vente Corot. this piece also has a fragment of a label from the M. Charles Durand-Ruel Gallery verso, also has a cutout from unknown exhibit, exhibit No 96 verso, also noted on the label this piece was Lot No 16 from the estate of Madame Dumont-Eonnet of Paris, originally purchased December 19th 1912 for 22,100 francs, from the Louvet Collection Manceaux, approximate sight 13 3/4" x 20 3/4", frame 21" x 28".

Has been reframed, salvaged the old backer which had water damage, new frame as found.
