Description
A Marilyn Monroe Signed 'Photographic Model Release' Form, 1946. A waiver used by photographer Richard C. Miller when he worked with the up and coming nineteen-year-old in March and April of 1946, signed by his most famous model in black fountain pen ink in the lower right corner "Norma Jeane Dougherty / 11348 Nebraska Ave. / W. LA 25 Calif.," further signed by Miller as well as his wife, Margaret D. Miller [as a witness]; interestingly, the address the young Norma Jeane used was that of her "Aunt" Ana Lower's home.
