EARLY PAUL YSART (SCOTTISH, 1904-1979) ATTRIBUTED MEDALLION MILLEFIORI ART GLASS PAPERWEIGHT, central close-pack millefiori medallion featuring a variety of multi-colored canes, six white filigree spokes reaching to the edge with interior gold aventurine tubes, exterior having three bunches of two blue and white cogs and an interior white and cranberry tube, alternating with a controlled-bubble which deeply dimples the ground, rough pontil mark. Scotland. Circa 1950. 3" D.

Condition
Very good condition overall with two small bruises to the surface. Pontil mark resulting in a couple of short checks and a moderate bruise, all as made.
