This is a 14 karat yellow gold blue sapphire and diamond ring.  The approximate 10 mm x 5 mm marquise genuine blue sapphire is surrounded by approximately .50 carats of near colorless, SI quality round, brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds.  The shoulders of the ring is highly polished 14 karat yellow gold  The ring is US size 6.25 and weighs 4.2 grams (2.7dwt).  This is a preowned, estate item in very good condition.
