Set of 12 Royal Copenhagen Flora Danica Plates. Each with reticulated, basket woven rim, painted with to the faces with botanical specimens, as follows: Caltha palustris L, Thymus zvhamaudrys Fr, Lamium intermedium Fr, Rubus villicaulis Kochl, Tanacetum vulgare L, Stachys annus L, Anthemis arvensis procumbens Horn, Rhinanthus minor Ehrb, Lamium incisum Willd, Sarothamnus scoparius Koch, Pulsatilla vernalis Mill, Campanula rotundifolia. All with appropriate markings. Early 20th century. {Approximate dimensions: 10 1/4 inches diameter.}. Condition: Overall condition to these plates is very good. Small chip to the underside of one spike to the edge of the Stachys plate. Pulsatilla plate with chips to five spikes to the edge.
