Condition
Bottle with Handles: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; there are some thin fiber-type elements inside the vessel, most of which appear to be adhering to inner wall of the vessel and take on the appearance of thin hairline cracks to the body; one or two of these fibrous elements are loose within the vessel; flaking and flake losses to the now iridized exterior parts of the vessel
Globular Vessel: there is a loss to at least one of the protruding small nodules (there are seven 'columns' of three nodules in column formation, located in between the vertical 'ribs' or tendrils); there is a tight hairline fracture to the glass body; the top rim edge appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; there are flake losses to the interior film surface that now covers the interior side
Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact and Doyle New York shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. Please contact the specialist department to request further information or additional images that may be available.
