Pair of 19th C. English silk stumpwork in eglomise gilt frames. One depicts female holding dove in gardenscape scene. Measures 10.5"H x 8"W visual image, 14"L x 11.5"W framed. Another depicts female watering plants along side dog. Measures 9.5"L x 6.5"W visual image, 14.5" H x 11.5" W framed. Condition report: Silk is torn in several places, frame has chips and gilt loss throughout, please examine all photos closely. Contact C. Biddle Auction Gallery for more detailed information. C.
