Chinese Qing Dynasty Bronze Buddha Deity Humkala statue on Wooden stand. The deity wears a crown and has jewerly ornament on the body, with one faces and four arms. The wrathful face facing forward, two hands raised to shoulder level holding a vajra and bell, the main pair of arms crossed at the heart in a variant on the vajra embracing gesture with the palms turned outward. The Buddha Deity sits in lotus position on a carved hardwood lotus platform. The vajra scepter, bell, sword, bow and arrow, and wrathful gesture are all hand attributes associated with Humkara.
