PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Thomas Anthony (1935 - 2019) Born in Santa Monica, California, Graduated from University of California in 1960, drafted into the United States Army, serving stateside for the entire duration. An internal auditor at IBM, San Jose.He managed an audit group which had jurisdiction for 4 divisions nationwide. He traveled extensively in his job and was able to make several international visits during his tenure while collecting some antiques and artefacts. In 1979, he relocated to a suburban northwest of Atlanta, Georgia.Dimensions: Height: 30cm, Diam: 20, Weight: 2830gram
Chinese Han Dynasty Period, Bronze furnace. This bronze incense burner has a round open lip, two ears u spayed on both sides of the upper mouth rim, all supported on strong three phoenix tails similar knife. The abdomen body carved arrays of tropical leaves patterns, Wanzi pattern and Tao tie mask. The proportion of the whole body is symmetrical, the layout is accurate, very harmonious. Beautiful Chinese censer that allures the eye, displaying an amazing level of craftsmanship. Crusted golden russet-greyish to attractive turquoise sea blue molted patina covers the vessels body.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition. With normal anomalies in nature, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dents. Normal, consider ages and wear.
