Description
A late 19th century Anglo – Indian unmarked silver goblet, Cutch circa 1880 Raj period, of rounded circular form upon a stepped circular base with a stem formed as three entwined chased serpents. The body with a vacant shield shape cartouche reserved with foliate scrolls with rosettes, between bands of stylised acanthus leaves. The base with chased rosettes and scrolls. Height – 16 cm / 6.1 inches Weight – 210 grams / 6.75 inches
