Description

Pair of Polychromed Cast Iron Campana-Form Garden Urns

of generous size, each with an egg-and-dart rim over a body with a frieze of classical figures, lion-masque handles and a ribbed lower body above a plinth base.
h. 39", dia. 28"

Condition

**Each is sturdy, solid and stable with no visible losses or repairs. Rubbing and wear to the gilt-painted decoration. Oxidation. Handles are tight and bolted-on. There is a hole in the bottom of each vessel for drainage.
