Description

China, Ca. 7th to 9th Century AD. She stands wearing elaborate ceremonial dress with long sleeves and projecting shoulder pieces and billowing garment above the feet. Her shoes with upturned toes. Slip decorated pinkish grey terracotta. 12-1/2” H.
