This lot does not include the bust in the middle of the picture that is Lot 1302 - Arthur Stone, founder of the Fort Lauderdale Antique Car Museum was a big fan and supporter of our 32nd President, this room, approximately 25' x 20' is filled with countless momentos related to FDR. Original campaign posters, books, plates, photographs, postcards, commemorative coins, first day issues, furniture, display cabinets and so much more comprise this wonderful collection and tribute to the man who lead America out of the Depression and through most of World War II. Included is a vintage Philco radio that has been wired to play pre-recorded Fireside Chats as well as some of FDR's most famous speeches, also a bronze bust of Eleanor Roosevelt by artist Jim Menalis, plus books about and by her, also included are a number of momentos of other post-war Democratic presidents. Includes large lighted wooden display cabinet and all contents, plus three smaller display cabinets filled with memorabilia, plus all photos, pictures, posters and other items on the wall, plus all furnishings in the room including the Philco radio, large round claw-foot oak table, chairs, smaller tables, and area rugs, all contents of the room and related items displayed on the room's outside wall. * OVERSIZED OR EXTREMELY FRAGILE ITEM *
