Description
WHIRLING WHEELS AND BULLSEYE VARIANT STAND LAMP, colorless font, brass stem, single-step marble base, brass connector, No. 1 brass collar. Fitted with a period set-up comprising an E. Miller & Co. No. 1 central draft slip burner, thumbwheel marked "E. M. & CO. THE BOUDOIR", brass 2 7/8" stamped shade ring, and a Macbeth No. 54 Pearl Glass slip chimney. Opaque white ball-form shade with polychrome transfer floral decoration. Third quarter 19th century. 8 7/8" H to top of collar, 4 1/8" SQ base.
