PIERCED BRASS AND BLOWN MOLDED LANTERN, polished, large strap handle, pierced stars to the top and base, pear-form fixed colorless globe, removable brass font with spring mechanism to underside of base, No. 1 inset collar. Fitted with a brass and tin double-tube burner. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. Third quarter 19th century. 15 3/4" HOA, 5 1/8" D base.

Provenance: The Phillip M. Sullivan estate collection.

Condition

Excellent condition with minute denting, font with some minor repairs, globe undamaged. Burner tubes with minor losses to the tips.
