The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick, flaring rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against blue fine color, depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. Which attracting unceasingly admiration.The underside unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground revealed and dark greyish brown spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed red script characters reign mark, enclosed within double blue rectangles lines. Made in The Years Chenghua Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
