Description

Description: This lot includes a unique Kilim upholstered Sofa made by the George Smith furniture co. The sofa has mahogany turned legs with casters, and a beautiful mutli-colored upholstery.

Condition: Surface ware associated with age and use, otherwise in overall good condition. Some slight fading to the fabric can be seen, there is some mildew on the lower back. There are a handful of small tears in the fabric (see photos)

Location: Lot is located on the first floor of the home, up one flight of stairs.

This lot is NOT shippable, local pickup only
