DESCRIPTION: One of 2 similar works we have for sale on eBay. An excellent original 12 x 9 oil on artist board of a marine scene with a harbor and ships in fine period frame. This one has a masted tall ship painted white just behind the fishing boat in the foreground. I think this is part of the US Great White Fleet which toured the world in 1907. The other painting for sale has a white battleship which is definitely a member of this fleet. Brilliant colors and attention to detail. A fine addition to your marine art collection. Very fine original condition. It has developed some crackle mostly in the sky. No damage or restoration.
