Description
Lot of four Victory-V throat lozenge tins. One is in the form of a clock, c. 1920, embossed and very Art Nouveau-looking, with a scene of St. Pauls from the River Thames on the front. A very large tin in silver color. It is unknown if the clock is in working condition. The second is a large heavy "Household Scale" tin, the dial moves but it is unknown if it reads accurately. Third is a Japanese-style clock tin, unknown if the mechanism inside is in operation. The fourth is a woodgrain case "Grandfather Clock" with a small clock in the face, a few scuffs on it, also unknown if the mechanism inside is in operation. All four could improve with a good cleaning. Condition: (Fair - Good). Dimensions: Largest: 18" x 6" x 4".
