A FRENCH LIMOGES PORCELAIN VASE, BERNARDAUD, PHOENIX AND BLOSSOMS, 1900-1979, in the Art Nouveau taste, the tube vase with spreading foot is painted with parcel gilt and mat grey grounds, enameled birds with iridescent feathers perch among blossoming branches, the foot marked with green underglaze stamp, "B & Cie. Limoges France," and with an overglaze black inscription, "Sr. Monica O.P. St. Agnes Academy." Height: 12" Diameter: 6"
Condition
Some paint chips and losses, rubbing and surface wear throughout, apparent use and soil on interior of foot but overall in fair to good condition, wear commensurate with age.
