East Asia, Korea, Silla Kingdom, later in the period, ca. 5th to 10th century CE. A wonderful pottery jar presenting an applied, discoid foot and thin wall that rise to a wide, rounded shoulder, a flared neck, and a folded rim, all enveloped in a pretty, gray glaze. A slender strip of clay boasting a crimped pattern wraps horizontally around the shoulder. The lovely jar leans slightly to the side, giving it a unique character! Size: 4.1" in diameter x 7.6" H (10.4 cm x 19.3 cm)
