The rectangular form with mirrored base; edges surmounted by thick, hand blown twisted-rope-style glass gallery with ribbed brass fittings. Dates to second quarter of the 20th century. Shows some general expected wear associated with age, including some chipping to silvered finish on bottom surface to mirror, mostly near edges and only mildly visible when laying right side up. Also some minor scuffing to mirror / light distress to components. No major chips, cracks or abrasive scratching. Despite defects, piece is of good quality and presentation.
